This country house in a scenic location not far from Potsdam's lakeland and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Prussian Park and Cultural Landscape, a stone's throw away from the river Nuthe (Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park) is a perfect retreat from which to start great tours in the nearer (Caputh with Einstein House, Sanssouci Palace, Cecilienhof Palace, Babelsberg Palace, Babelsberg Film Studios) and more distant (Berlin) surroundings. The newly built house, which was completed in 2021, has been well designed as 50 m² cottage. The barn doors of the former stables have been included in the design with glazing and doors so that there is always a link to the old garden with its venerable walnut trees. The large first room is defined by a buffet style kitchenette and a comfortable sofa bed in the living and kitchen areas. The room with large, floor-to-ceiling windows houses a dining table that can seat a good 3 people. The room is very cosy due to the light, the white-painted, walls and French parquet sytely flooring, which is warmed by modern underfloor heating. Two people can sleep on the couch (1.40m). The bedroom on the left has spaciuos cabinets and a queen size bed and still shows one original wall with rings where in the old day horses were leashed. On the right hand side you enter a natural stone style bathroom with natural light from above and a huge walk-in shower. You enter the house from the garden side via a wide terrace where you can sit in a small group and overlook the garden. Adjacent to the cottage is a shared room (5 m²) where there is a washing machine and dryer. View more View less Das Landhaus in landschaftlich reizvoller Lage unweit der Potsdamer Seenplatte und des UNESCO-Welterbes Preußische Park- und Kulturlandschaft, einen Steinwurf von der Nuthe (Naturpark Nuthe-Nieplitz) entfernt, ist ein idealer Rückzugsort, um von hier aus tolle Touren in die nähere (Caputh mit Einsteinhaus, Schloss Sanssouci, Schloss Cecilienhof, Schloss Babelsberg, Babelsberger Filmstudios) und weitere Umgebung (Berlin) zu starten. Das neu erbaute Haus, das erst 2021 fertiggestellt wurde, ist als 50 m² großes Landhaus gut geschnitten. Die Dimensionen der Scheunentore der ehemaligen Stallungen wurden mit Verglasungen und Türen in die Gestaltung einbezogen, so dass immer eine Verbindung zum alten Garten mit seinen ehrwürdigen Nussbäumen besteht. Der große erste Raum wird durch eine Küchenzeile im Buffetstil und ein bequemes Schlafsofa im Wohn- und Küchenbereich bestimmt. Der Raum mit großen, bodentiefen Fenstern beherbergt einen Esstisch, an dem gut 3 Personen Platz finden. Der Raum ist durch das Licht, die weiß gestrichenen Wände und den Boden im französischen Parkett-Stil, der durch eine moderne Fußbodenheizung erwärmt wird, sehr gemütlich. Zwei Personen können auf der Couch (1,40m) schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer auf der linken Seite hat geräumige Schränke und ein Doppelbett und zeigt noch eine originale Wand mit Ringen, wo früher die Pferde angeleint waren. Auf der rechten Seite betreten Sie ein Badezimmer im Natursteinstil mit natürlichem Licht von oben und einer großen begehbaren Dusche. Sie betreten das Haus von der Gartenseite aus über eine breite Terrasse, auf der Sie in einer kleinen Gruppe sitzen und den Garten überblicken können. Neben dem Haus befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftsraum (5 m²), in dem sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner befinden.
