Quiet and friendly surroundings on the edge of a field. A beautiful small forest is within walking distance and invites you to go for walks. The small and tranquil town of Pinneberg is very close to the city of Hamburg. There is also a water ski facility with beach club and a swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. The house is suitable for one to four people and the rooms are spread over two floors. 5 minutes on foot to the S-Bahn station, which runs every 10 minutes (20 minutes to Hamburg-Altona station). 20 minutes by car to Hamburg. Shopping facilities such as a bakery, newspaper kiosk with post office store and discount grocery store (Aldi + Rewe) as well as several doctors and a pharmacy are within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Further shopping facilities and various restaurants are available in the center of Pinneberg and, of course, in Hamburg. In Pinneberg itself, there is a weekly market on Thursday and Saturday mornings, where products from the region can be purchased directly from the producers. The living and dining area is located on the first floor in a spacious 36 m² room. There are fireplaces in the living room (first floor) and in the office (upper floor) which can be used. Firewood is available. A television and WLAN are also available. The kitchen has recently been modernized and is fully equipped with crockery and cookware, various electrical appliances, etc. The large bathroom on the ground floor was also recently modernized. It contains a walk-in shower, bathtub, toilet with shower-toilet attachment and an urinal. There is also a small shower room on the upper floor. The beds on the upper floor are 1.60 x 2.00 and 1.20 x 2.00 m wide. We have recently swapped the office and bedroom and installed a new wooden floor and a wood-burning stove in the large office room with balcony. In addition to a spacious office room, this has also created a second lounge which, with its south-west orientation, invites you to linger, especially in the afternoon hours. The driveway offers parking space for one or two cars. The terrace is accessible from the living room (south-west facing). An awning and garden furniture are also available. Es enthält eine begehbare Dusche, Badewanne, Toilette mit Dusch-WC-Aufsatz sowie ein Urinal. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich noch ein kleines Duschbad. Die Betten im Obergeschoss sind 1,60x2,00 und 1,20x 2,00 m breit. Wir haben vor Kurzem erst Büro und Schlafzimmer getauscht und in den großen Büroraum mit Balkon einen neuen Holzfußboden und einen Kaminofen eingebaut. Dadurch ist neben einem großzügigen Büroraum gleichzeitig ein zweiter Aufenthaltsraum entstanden, der mit seiner Südwestausrichtung insbesondere in den Nachmittagsstunden zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Auffahrt bietet ein bis zwei PKW Platz zum Parken. Die Terrasse ist vom Wohnzimmer aus (Südwestausrichtung) zugänglich. Eine Markise sowie Gartenmöbel sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
