Hello everyone, We will be traveling during our parental leave and are therefore offering our apartment for interim rent for around 2 months from the beginning of February to the end of March. Address: Fischers Allee in Altona, within walking distance to the Elbe, 10 minutes to Altona train station Rooms: a very large, bright kitchen-living room (fully equipped, also with Thermomix) with access to the balcony/terrace; spacious bedroom with large Pax wardrobe; bathroom with bathtub/shower tray; a study which we would use as storage space for our personal belongings and therefore would not rent it out If you are interested, you can use the Peleton bike as long as you have your own shoes and, if necessary, you must create an account to use the courses. Internet is available and can be used, as can the smart TV (after registering with your own accounts) Deposit: 1 month's rent, will be transferred back directly upon handover Attention: household with a cat (will of course move out for the 2 months) View more View less Hallo zusammen, wir werden in unserer Elternzeit verreisen und bieten daher unsere Wohnung für ca 2 Monate von Anfang Februar bis Ende März zur Zwischenmiete an. Adresse: Fischers Allee in Altona, fußläufig zur Elbe, 10 min zum Bahnhof Altona Zimmer: eine sehr große, helle Wohnküche (voll ausgestattet, auch mit Thermomix) mit Zugang zum Balkon/Terasse; geräumiges Schlafzimmer mit großem Pax-Kleiderschrank; Bad mit Badewanne/Duschwanne; ein Arbeitszimmer welches wir aber für unsere persönlichen Sachen als Stauraum nutzen würden und daher nicht mit vermieten Bei Interesse kann das Peleton-Fahrrad genutzt werden sofern eigene Schuhe vorhanden sind und bei Bedarf muss sich selbst ein Konto zum nutzen der Kurse angelegt werden.
