My husband and I are offering our 60m2 carriage house one block away from Maybachufer to sublet while we are in the US. The sublet is for 6 months January 2025 to July 2025. There are 2 bedrooms – one is 17m2 and one is 10m2. We use the bigger room as our bedroom and the smaller room as our music studio but most of our music things will be cleared out. The living room is 12m2 and the kitchen is in the hallway.  The bathroom has a bathtub. The courtyard is quiet and peaceful except for the occasional kids playing. The best thing about living in a cottage house is that you don’t have immediate neighbors! It is located right on the border of Kreuzberg and Neukölln. The street itself is quiet but one block away is the Landwehr canal. There is a flea market there every two weeks on Sunday. Lidl and Aldi are across the street. Everything is included in the 1200 – heating, electricity, internet. Unfortunately, you cannot be registered at this address. Das Beste am Leben in einem Landhaus ist, dass man keine direkten Nachbarn hat! Es liegt direkt an der Grenze zwischen Kreuzberg und Neukölln. Die Straße selbst ist ruhig, aber einen Block entfernt ist der Landwehrkanal. Dort findet alle zwei Wochen am Sonntag ein Flohmarkt statt. In den 1200 Euro ist alles enthalten - Heizung, Strom, Internet. Leider kann man unter dieser Adresse nicht angemeldet werden.
