Enjoy the cozy almost 80m2 large charming building apartment with 3.50 meter high ceilings and stucco in living room and bedroom. The apartment is located in the quiet back house and only 20 min away from the city center and only 3 min to the nearest U-Bahn station. The apartment has a yoga corner, as well as a projector, for cozy movie nights. Additionally there is a height adjustable working station with two screens to greatly work from home. Besides the 1.80 meter bed in the bedroom, there is another 1.40 meter bed located at the end of the seven meter long hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with KitchenAid smoothiemaker & food processor. A few changes that are not reflected in the picture: we removed the make up table in the bedroom and added a second cupboard for our guests to store more cloths. We also had a few changes with our plants and welcomed new ones and we added a huge cozy carpet in beige in the bedroom. Additionally we have a diaper changing board for baby’s in the bathroom installed. Die Wohnung ist im ruhigen Hinterhaus gelegen und nur 20 min vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und nur 3 min zur nächsten U-Bahn Station. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Yogaecke, als auch einen Projektor, der zum gemütlichen Filme Abend einlädt. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen Höhenverstellbaren Tisch und einen Screen um wunderbar von Zuhause zu arbeiten. Neben dem 1,80 Meter großem Bett im Schlafzimmer, gibt es noch ein 1,40 Meter großes Bett, dass sich am Ende des sieben Meter langen Flurs befindet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet u.a. mit KitchenAid Smoothiemaker & Food Processor. Zusätzlich haben wir ein paar Änderungen durchgeführt, die auf den Bilder nicht zu sehen sind: Wir haben den Schminktisch im Schlafzimmer entfernt und eine zweite Kommode für unsere Gäste hinzugefügt, um mehr Kleidung aufzubewahren. Wir haben auch ein paar Pflanzen-Änderungen und neue Pflanzen willkommen geheißen und einen großen gemütlichen Teppich in Beige ins Schlafzimmer gelegt. Zusätzlich haben wir im Badezimmer ein Wickelkommode für Babys installiert.
