Das Haus liegt nördlich des Vänern in der Nähe von Molkom etwas oberhalb in einer kleinen Blaubeerwaldsiedlung am See. Zum Badestrand und zur Insel läuft man gemütlich 10 Minuten; alles ist sehr behütet und daher gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Abends draußen sitzen und Feuer machen passt gut und ist wunderschön, Party und laute Musik passen eher nicht dorthin. Das Haupthaus hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche ohne Spülmaschine; einen offenen Kamin im Wohnbereich; große Sonnenterrasse, ein einfaches Duschbad und zwei Schlafzimmer: Bettenbreite 1,50 cm und 90 cm. Gesellschaftsspiele für drinnen und draußen; super schnelles W-LAN. In Nebenhaus: drei weitere Schlafplätze (1,40 cm und 90 cm); eine Kindermatratze und Kinderhochstuhl. Bettwäsche und Handtücher auf Nachfrage gegen Gebühr.
