Due to a year abroad, we are renting out our beautiful, fully furnished apartment for one year: ✔️65 sqm ✔️2 rooms ✔️Flat rent: 1100€ / month ✔️Deposit ✔️Free from April 1st, 2025 (until March 2026) ✔️Apartment on the 8th floor (elevators available) ✔️Air conditioning ✔️Large balcony with 12sqm over the entire length of the apartment ✔️Beautiful distant view of the Frankfurt skyline ✔️Fitted kitchen with extensive equipment ✔️Modern tiled daylight bathroom All costs are already covered in the flat rate rent (internet, electricity, house cleaning and winter service, ...). The living rooms are equipped with laminate and tiled floors as well as air conditioning and a cable tunnel in the wall for a TV cable. In addition, there are LAN sockets throughout the apartment for an optimal internet connection. The apartment is in a busy location close to the city center. Langen train station is about 2km away and can be reached via numerous bus lines. Frankfurt main station and Darmstadt main station can each be reached in 10 minutes. Particularly noteworthy is the immediate proximity to Frankfurt International Airport, which is only 15 minutes by car (18 km) away. Since we will be traveling for a year, we would like a subtenant who will ideally live in the apartment for a whole year. OG (Aufzüge vorhanden) ✔️Klimaanlage ✔️Großer Balkon mit 12qm über die gesamte Wohnungslänge ✔️Schöne Fernsicht bis auf die Frankfurter Skyline ✔️Einbauküche mit umfangreicher Ausstattung ✔️Modern gefließtes Tageslichtbad In der Pauschalmiete sind alle Kosten bereits abgedeckt (Internet, Strom, Hausreinigung und Winterdienst, ... ). Die Wohnräume sind mit Laminat- und Fliesenböden sowie einer Klimaanlage und einem Kabeltunnel in der Wand für ein TV-Kabel ausgestattet. Ergänzend stehen in der gesamten Wohnung Lan-Buchsen für eine optimale Internetverbindung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in belebter Lage in der Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Der Bahnhof Langen ist circa 2km entfernt und durch zahlreiche Buslinien zu erreichen. Der Hbf Frankfurt und der Hbf Darmstadt sind in jeweils 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unmittbare Nähe zum internationalen Flughafen Frankfurt, welcher nur 15 Autominuten (18 km) entfernt liegt. Da wir für ein Jahr auf Reisen sein werden, wünschen wir uns einen Zwischenmieter, der im Bestfall auch für ein ganzes Jahr in der Wohnung lebt.
