Mais le meilleur de tous n'est pas la vue mais le fait que vous pouvez traverser la rue et vous rafraîchir immédiatement dans la mer. Au retour, vous trouverez une douche extérieure au cas où vous voudriez laver le sel avant d'entrer.Situé au premier étage, lorsque vous entrez dans l'appartement, vous trouverez un salon rénové et confortable où vous pourrez regarder la télévision ou un film sur DVD tout en sentant la brise fraîche de la mer, ou préférez-vous rester près de la chaleur du poêle à bois. Ensuite, vous trouverez la cuisine à manger entièrement équipée avec une cuisinière à gaz, une table avec des chaises et tous les ustensiles pour vous permettre de cuisiner comme si vous étiez chez vous. La splendida vista sul mare circonda la grande terrazza perfettamente arredata per una deliziosa colazione e un ottimo pasto all'aperto. Ma la cosa migliore non sono i panorami, ma il fatto che puoi attraversare la strada e fare subito un bel tuffo in mare. Al rientro troverete una doccia esterna nel caso vogliate lavare via il sale prima di entrare. Situato al primo piano, quando entri nell'appartamento trovi un soggiorno rinnovato e accogliente dove puoi guardare la TV o un film in DVD mentre senti la fresca brezza marina, o magari preferisci stare al tepore della stufa a legna. Successivamente, trovi la cucina da pranzo completamente attrezzata con una stufa a gas, un tavolo con sedie e tutti gli utensili in modo da poter cucinare come se fossi a casa. Proprio qui trovi la lavatrice, il ferro e l'asse da stiro. Ci sono 4 camere da letto con un armadio ciascuna, una con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con doccia, un'altra con due letti singoli e il resto con un letto singolo ciascuna.
