On the south-west side of the house is a vast terrace divided by a hedge between the 3 accommodations; thus, each accommodation has its own terrace with furniture and barbecue. The swimming pool with jet stream and a separate sun terrace with pool house (shower, toilet and storage room) is for shared use. The gîte Grenache has a spacious area, a sitting area with smart TV, music system and WiFi, its own Bulthaup kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Het domein is gelegen te midden van 160 hectare wijngaard met uitzicht op de Montagne d’Alaric, de toppen van de Pyreneeën en het glooiend Toscaans geïnspireerde landschap van de vallei. Het domein behoort tot het natuurgebied Parc Régional du Languedoc dat zich situeert op negen kilometer van het Canal du Midi. De gerestaureerde hoeve uit de achttiende eeuw bestaat uit drie woongedeelten die genoemd zijn naar druifsoorten van de streek : Muscat, Grenache en Syrah. De gîte Syrah is permanent bewoond door de eigenaar die aanwezig is op het domein voor het onderhoud en de ontvangst van de gasten. Het domein ligt op slechts 2.8 km van het dorpje Rieux waar alle accommodatie aanwezig is.
