Die Außenfassaden des Gebäudes sind aus Naturstein, die Böden im Inneren bestehen sowohl aus originalen Terrakotta als auch aus einfach gebrannten Fliesen, und auch die Decken unterscheiden sich je nach Zimmer. Im Speisesaal im Erdgeschoss beispielsweise gibt es schöne Tonnengewölbe mit Terrakottaverkleidung, während die Zimmer Decken mit freiliegenden Holzbalken und Terrakottafliesen aufweisen.
