The apartment is on the 1st floor of an apartment building, the dedicated parking space is directly behind the house. The shower room and the kitchen are new, modern and elegantly equipped. The entire apartment has a uniform, high-quality flooring. The window elements in the combined living room and bedroom are floor-deep (approx. 2.30 m high), which means that a lot of sunlight shines in and the apartment is very bright and friendly. A separate storage room with several shelves is located in the entrance area. The apartment is particularly suitable for singles. A cleaning service can be organized on request. € 50 will be charged for cleaning the apartment.
