Our tenants particularly appreciate the quiet location by the little river and the proximity to restaurants and shops. Everything is within easy walking distance. The major Wiehl companies are in the immediate vicinity, the A4 is 5 minutes away and the Cologne Trade Fair Centre is 35 minutes away. Our flat is equipped with all comforts. Unsere Mieter schätzen besonders die ruhige Lage am Flüsschen und die Nähe zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die großen Wiehler Firmen liegen in unmittelbarer Umgebung, die A4 ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Messe Köln in 35 Minuten. Unsere Wohnung ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Langzeitmieter sind herzlich willkommen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe und Schuhschränken. Im Obergeschoss liegt das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit Schiebetür zum sonnigen Balkon. Von dort schaut man auf den kleinen Fluss "Wiehl" und in den alten Kurpark.
