The more than 90sqm ground floor apartment has a beautiful balcony patio and is within walking distance of the city center as well as within walking distance of the VW hall, Bürgerpark and Stadtbad. I prefer to rent out over several months to currently 6 months. Later booking extensions or stays beyond this may be negotiable. I am happy to confirm a request with housing needs of a maximum of 2 people. Viewing is possible in advance. The minimum lead time between the inquiry and the start of the rental period is 21 days. If the contract is concluded at least six months in advance, I grant a monthly discount of 60 € on the stated rental price. Three months in advance equivalent to 30 €. Warm letting, especially heating costs, cannot be calculated with certainty, which is why they are billed in cash according to gas consumption. (Currently 7ct./kWh). During the winter months, this can be an amount of 100€ /monthly, depending on heating requirements.
