Magenta TV) - W-Lan (home office capable) - Washing machine & dryer, vacuum cleaner - Double bed for 2 persons on the upper floor as well as a desk - garden facing south, with view on old trees and small side street - ground level entrance door & bathroom, bedroom on the upper floor with open staircase - terrace with garden furniture - a bicycle is available for free The apartment is professionally cleaned every two weeks during the long-term rental.
