The 115 m² duplex apartment in the former brewery Gassner from 1876 was newly renovated and furnished to a high standard. On the way into the apartment, the spacious sleeping area awaits you, which is equipped with two QUEEN-SIZE box spring beds, two clothes rails and a standing mirror. From there you will enter the fully equipped kitchen, which is via a Fridge/freezer, stove, oven and microwave has. Of course, there are also plenty of dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils, so you can cook wonderfully for you and your loved ones. You will also find a small seating area with dining table and 4 bar stools as well as a coffee and tea station with modern Nespresso coffee machine and a selection of coffee and tea, so you can start the new day freshly. From the kitchen you can also access the small but fine bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and mirror as well as a cosmetic mirror. In addition to high-quality towels and a hairdryer, we also provide you with shampoo and shower gel. From the kitchen, a staircase leads into the beautiful living and dining area, which with the spacious couch to relax and offers a unique oasis of well-being through the charming stone wall of the former brewery. The smart TV and a small selection of books in the TV cabinet offer entertainment for you and all your loved ones after a stressful day. The large dining table can host up to 8 people, perfect for a dinner together or a game night. Behind the dining area is the second small sleeping area, which is also equipped with a QUEEN size box spring bed and a clothes rail. Perfect for business travelers: There is also a workspace in the living-dining area for work remotely with fast Wi-Fi. A parking space is available in the courtyard. Die 115 m² große Maisonette- Wohnung in der ehemaligen Brauerei Gassner aus dem Jahr 1876 wurde frisch renoviert und hochwertig eingerichtet. Auf dem Weg in die Wohnung erwartet Dich zunächst der großzügige Schlafbereich, der mit zwei QUEENSIZE- Boxspringbetten, zwei Kleiderstangen und einem Standspiegel ausgestattet ist. Von dort aus gelangst Du in die voll ausgestattete Küche, welche über einen Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Herd, Backofen und eine Mikrowelle verfügt. Selbstverständlich gibt es auch ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Kochutensilien, sodass Du wunderbar für Dich und Deine Lieben kochen kannst.
