The newly renovated, stylishly designed Art Nouveau flat (120 sqm) is located in the centre of Kassel's Südstadt district. Around the corner you will find many restaurants, the beautiful Karlsaue park, the tram (just a few metres from the building) and several well-stocked supermarkets. You can reach the city centre in just a few minutes. The four rooms are bright and comfortable, each with a 160 cm bed (medium-firm mattress), a wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, a desk with chair and a bench. Smoking is permitted in the garden and on the balcony, the rooms and the flat are non-smoking areas. There are also 2 fully equipped shower rooms and a large, brand new kitchen. WLAN (500 MBit/s) and HD TV are included. The flat is located on the third floor of a listed Kassel building dating back to 1905. The bathrooms each have a shower, WC and washbasin. The communal kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, retro fridge with freezer compartment and a large dining table. The tram stop ‘Heinrich-Heine-Straße / Universität’ (tram lines 5 and 6) is in the immediate vicinity. A direct connection to the city centre and numerous Kassel museums is just a few minutes away. The ‘Karlsaue’ city park is approx. 200 metres away on foot and invites you to take a walk to the orangery and the planetarium. Free parking is available in the neighbouring streets. Um die Ecke findest Du hier viele Restaurants, die wunderschöne Karlsaue, die Straßenbahn (wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt) und mehrere gut sortierte Supermärkte. Die Innenstadt erreichst Du in wenigen Minuten. Die vier Zimmer sind hell und komfortabel, verfügen jeweils über ein 160 cm Bett (mittelfeste Matratze), eine Garderobe, eine große Kommode, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und eine Sitzbank. Rauchen ist im Garten und auf dem Balkon gestattet, die Zimmer und die Wohnung sind Nichtraucherbereiche. Darüber hinaus gibt es 2 voll ausgestattete Duschbäder und eine große, nagelneue Küche. WLAN (500 MBit/s) und HD-TV sind inklusive. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock eines Kasseler Baudenkmals aus dem Jahr 1905. Die Bäder verfügen jeweils über eine Dusche, WC und einen Waschtisch. Die gemeinschaftliche Küche verfügt über einen Induktionsherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, einen Retro-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und einen großen Esstisch. Der Stadtpark "Karlsaue" ist in ca. 200m fußläufig erreichbar und lädt zu Spaziergängen zur Orangerie und dem Planetarium ein. Kostenfreie Parkplätze befinden sich in den anliegenden Straßen.
