The 21.5 km Danube Island on the doorstep is Vienna's largest and most popular waterfront recreation area (car-free zone). The apartment is located in the DC Residential new building (completed in 2022) directly on the new Danube, just above the famous CopaBeach with direct water view from your own balcony or couch. A special house exit leads you directly to the standing water where you can swim or paddle with the SUP. The subway station U1 „Donauinsel" is within walking distance of 3 minutes. A little further south is the wakeboard facility "Wake-Up", the Vienna City Beach (about 10 minutes by bike) or even closer the "Pirate Bay" - a 200m sandy beach with 3.500m2 area. The apartment is equipped with high-quality parquet flooring, flat screen TV, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, towels and a bed linen. The total rent already includes the costs for internet (WLAN), internet TV (subscriptions of Netflix & Disney+ included), electricity, floor heating, air conditioning (only in summer), hot & cold water, incl. bed linen. The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, dishwasher, pans, cutlery, glasses, dishes, dish towels, and much more for free use.
