There is a kitchen with hob, separate oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. Inside the kitchen there is a room with dining furniture and a TV corner with large sofa group. From the hall you also reach the cottage's large bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, a writing corner and one of the cottage's bedrooms with double bed. On the second floor there is a large bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two 140 cm beds and access to a balcony, this room is a walk-through room to a living room with TV and comfortable seating and a sofa bed of 140 cm. Es bietet einen schönen Ausblick zum nahen Wasser! Sie wohnen hier am Brofjord, in einer landschaftlich reizvollen Umgebung mit schönen Wandergebieten sowie Nähe zu den Orten Lysekil und Brastad mit vielen Stränden, Golfplätzen und anderen Ausflugszielen. Zudem findet man in der Umgebung auch Gebirge für Wander- und Klettertouren. Die Küste kann man per Boot oder Kajak erkunden, zudem gibt es einen Küstenpfad mit herrlichem Meerblick. Das geräumige Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön als letztes Haus und in leichter Hanglage zur Küste hin. Es hat eine lange Geschichte und nostalgischen Charme, der durch die niedrigere Deckenhöhe von 197 cm unterstrichen wird. Mit seiner Lage nahe am Meer ist es perfekt für ein erfrischendes Bad im Meer. Anschließend kann man sich die Mahlzeit dann auf einer der Terrassen des Hauses schnmecken lassen. Das größtenteils eingefasste Grundstück bietet einen schönen Gartenteil mit blühenden Sträuchern und Blumenbeeten. An der Rückseite des Hauses gibt es eine Rasenfläche für Spiel und Spaß sowie eine Terrasse mit Morgensonne. Über eine Steintreppe erreichen Sie den Eingang des Hauses. Sie betreten zunächst eine kleine Diele, von der eine Treppe hinauf in den zweiten Stock führt. Von der Diele gelangt man unten ins Parterre, zur Küche mit Herd, separatem Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspüler. Im Anschluss liegen der Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Ess- und Sitzecke. Von der Diele hat man auch Zugang zum großen Badezimmer des Ferienhauses, mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner, sowie zu einer Schreibecke und zu einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit zwei 140 cm breiten Betten und Zugang zu einem Balkon.
