Holiday apartment at Vik in Flatanger, a unique place for outdoor activities at sea and in the mountains. The apartment is only 300 m from the sea and 500m from the marina/boatyard, boat for rent. The apartment has plenty of space for 5-6 people and contains 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, open kitchen/living room and a large storage room that also has a sofa bed. Heat pump/AC and two wood stoves. The apartment was renovated in 2025 and appears nice and modern with heating cables in several floors. Outside, there is plenty of parking space and a small, covered terrace with outdoor furniture/grill. Great hiking terrain right by the house, where you can walk along the sea or in the mountains with panoramic views of the ocean and nearly 1200 islets and skerries. There is a great hiking trail around the lake Vikvatnet where you also pass a lavvo, campfire house and a nice swimming area. Boat trips to many of the islands outside are a great experience. In Flatanger there are several fishing lakes. It is 5 km to the salmon river Lauvsnes-elva, 30 km to Årgårdsvassdraget and 40 km to the famous salmon river Namsen. At Utvorda you can walk on well-maintained paths and visit a coastal World War II fortress. Great for kayaking. One of Northern Europe's best mountains for climbing is at Hanshelleren 4 km away. It is 8 km to a great restaurant by the seaside at Lauvsnes. Grocery store just 400 meters from the apartment. The Folla sea area offers rich opportunities for those who want top sea fishing, both in the open sea area, at greater depths or on fishing grounds. Halibut, large cod, tusk and long swims right outside. Also, there are excellent conditions for rod fishing from the shore. Boat for rent: Hansvik 455 Sport (15 feet) with almost new 40 HP Honda outboard motor, GPS/chart plotter/echo sounder. Wandern Sie entlang der Küste oder in den Bergen und genießen Sie den Panoramablick auf das Meer und die fast 1.200 vorgelagerten Inseln und Schären. Ein schöner Wanderweg führt rund um Vikvatnet vorbei an einem Lavvo (traditionelles Zelt), einer Feuerstelle und einem schönen Badeufer.
