Air conditioning is only available in two bedrooms with double bed and in one bedroom with two single beds on the first floor. The remaining two bedrooms do not have air conditioning. The living-dining room is very cosy, with 2 sofas, 1 TV-Sat, air conditioning, 1 table with chairs, and 1 decorative fireplace. The kitchen, independent and gas, has AC all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem, there is also 1 table with chairs. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location is perfect; everything you need is within walking distance, with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, a medical centre and a bus stop. The bus runs every 15 minutes towards Alcúdia, Port Pollença and other destinations, including Palma. In the Port d'Alcúdia there are all kinds of restaurants for all tastes, featuring fresh fish, fine meat, pizza and pasta, sushi, tapas, tasting menus and Majorcan cuisine. The old town of Alcúdia, with its cobblestone streets is worth a visit; discover squares, the church and the medieval walls surrounding the old city. Tuesdays and Sundays are market days here, and the town is transformed into a bustling and lively place. Do not forget to visit the Roman ruins - highly recommended. Car or bus will very easily take you to other areas like the Platja de Muro, Can Picafort, Platja de Formentor or Puerto Pollensa. Cala Sant Vicenç is also worth a trip. The town of Pollença and its small church on top of the hill (the Calvari) makes an interesting half-day excursion. Climbing the 365 Calvari steps will give you magnificent views over the region. The town of Pollença and its small church at the top of the hill (Calvari) can be a good option for a half-day excursion. To go up to Calvari you have to climb a staircase with 365 steps, and once at the top there are magnificent views. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. La maison de 150 m2 répartis sur 2 étages comprend 5 chambres, 1 au rez-de-chaussée avec un lit double et 4 au 1er étage (2 avec un lit double, 1 avec 2 lits simples et 1 avec 1 lit simple). Il peut accueillir 1 lit bébé. La maison dispose de 2 salles de bains avec baignoire qui desservent toute la maison, 1 au rez-de-chaussée et 1 au 1er étage. Il n'y a de climatisation que dans deux chambres avec un lit double et dans une chambre avec deux lits simples au premier étage. Les deux chambres restantes ne disposent pas de climatisation. Le salon-salle à manger est très confortable, il dispose de 2 canapés, 1 TV Sat, air conditionné, 1 table équipée de chaises et 1 cheminée décorative. La cuisine, indépendante et au gaz, dispose de la climatisation et de tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour cuisiner sans problème, il y a aussi 1 table avec chaises. Il y a un lave-linge, un fer et une planche à repasser. L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait puisque tout ce dont vous avez besoin est accessible à pied ; de nombreux restaurants, bars, magasins, supermarchés, un centre médical et un arrêt de bus. Le bus circule toutes les 15 minutes en direction d'Alcúdia, de Puerto de Pollença ou d'autres directions comme Palma. À Puerto de Alcúdia, il y a toutes sortes de restaurants, pour tous les goûts ; poisson frais, bonne viande, pizzas et pâtes, sushis, tapas, menus dégustation et cuisine typique de Majorque. La vieille ville d'Alcúdia, avec ses rues pavées, mérite une visite ; ses places, l'église et les murs qui entourent la ville. Les mardis et dimanches sont des jours de marché à Alcúdia et la ville se transforme en un lieu animé et plein de vie. N'oubliez pas de visiter les ruines romaines, fortement recommandées. En voiture ou en bus, vous pouvez très facilement rejoindre d'autres zones telles que Playa de Muro, Ca'n Picafort, Playa de Formentor ou Puerto de Pollença.
