Cozy holiday home on an old farmyard with atmosphere and distance from neighbors. Outdoor hot tub, great hiking opportunities and ideal conditions for experiencing the northern lights. The main house is a log house built in 1990, decorated in a warm cabin style with traditional wooden furniture. In 2022, a modern extension was built with a large bedroom, spacious bathroom, entrance hall and laundry room, all to a high standard. The living room has a cozy atmosphere with a fireplace. Seating for 6 at the dining table. Underfloor heating in the entrance hall, bathroom, laundry room and the large bedroom, which is 25 sqm with a comfortable king-size bed. A smaller bedroom has a family bunk with space for two adults and one child (lower bed 150cm wide), and in addition, there is an annex with a double bed. Extra mattresses for up to two children are available on request. The holiday home is located an hour and 45 minutes’ drive from Tromsø. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Sunny and popular area with good fishing opportunities both summer and winter (fishing license required) in nearby lakes like Fjellfroskvannet, Takvatnet and Lille Rostavatn. In summer, the area is green and lush, with a mixture of birch and pine forests. Several marked hiking trails start nearby, with everything from easy to more demanding day trips. At the north end of Fjellfroskvannet is a long sandy beach with a gazebo, a campfire site and the possibility of camping and swimming. In winter, the area offers great skiing and hiking opportunities right from the cabin, including to Hattavarre (Háhttávárri) at 1407 m above sea level. This is a cabin with atmosphere and beautiful views in a sheltered and quiet location on sloping terrain, about 400 meters from the lake, perfect for enjoying the northern lights from the hot tub or terrace. Gemütliches Ferienhaus auf einem alten Bauernhof mit viel Charme und angenehmer Entfernung zu den Nachbarn. Whirlpool im Freien sowie gute Wandermöglichkeiten und ideale Bedingungen, um das Nordlicht zu erleben. Das Haupthaus ist ein Blockhaus von 1990, das im gemütlichen Hüttenstil mit traditionellen Holzmöbeln eingerichtet ist. 2022 wurde ein moderner Anbau mit einem großen Schlafzimmer, einem geräumigen Badezimmer, einer Eingangsdiele und einer Waschküche errichtet – allesamt hochwertig ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Fußbodenheizung gibt es in der Eingangsdiele, im Badezimmer, in der Waschküche und im 25 m² großen Schlafzimmer mit einem komfortablen Kingsize-Bett. Ein kleineres Schlafzimmer bietet zudem Platz für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind in einem Etagenbett (Unteres Bett Breite 150cm) . Zusätzlich gibt es ein separates Blockhaus (Annex) mit einem Doppelbett. Matratzen für max 2 zusätzliche Kinder auf Anfrage. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwa 75 Autominuten von Tromsø entfernt. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in kurzer Fahrzeit erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sonnig und beliebt und bietet gute Möglichkeiten zum Angeln im Sommer wie im Winter (Angelschein erforderlich). Die Seen Fjellfroskvannet, Takvatnet und Lille Rostavatn bieten hervorragende Angelmöglichkeiten. Im Sommer präsentiert sich die Gegend grün und üppig mit einem Mix aus Birken- und Kiefernwäldern. Mehrere markierte Wanderwege starten in der Nähe und bieten für jeden Geschmack etwas – von leichten bis hin zu anspruchsvollen Tagestouren. Am nördlichen Ende von Fjellfroskvannet befindet sich ein langer Sandstrand mit einer Schutzhütte, einer Feuerstelle sowie Möglichkeiten zum Zelten und Baden. Im Winter bietet die Gegend direkt von der Hütte aus hervorragende Ski- und Bergwandermöglichkeiten, darunter auch zum Hattavarre (Háhttávárri) auf 1407 m ü.d.M. Diese Hütte besticht durch ihren Charme, ihren ursprünglichen Charakter und den herrlichen Blick in die Natur. Sie liegt geschützt und ruhig an einem Hang, etwa 400 Meter von See Fjellfroskvannet entfernt – der perfekte Ort, um im Dunkeln das Nordlicht vom Whirlpool, der Terrasse oder draußen in der Stille zu genießen.
